Hello, I'm looking to speak to someone who has purchased a Cubs urn -- either for themselves or a deceased family member. Can anyone help?!

I have not purchased on of the Eternal Image Urns myself but I have included the phone number of Ohio Vault Works in Cleveland, Ohio. They are a Wilbert Burial Vault licensee and also sell the Eternal Image Urns. I hope they can help.
