Are you a licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer in Ohio?

If so, we are seeking a Cemetery General Manager who can direct and lead the operations of our cemetery/funeral home location.

Ensuring that a premier level of client satisfaction is provided that exceeds the expectations of the families we serve will be your primary goal. In order to achieve the financial goals of the location, you will partner and collaborate with members of the Sales team to execute the marketing strategies of the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a work environment which promotes performance excellence.

Success in this role will be determined by the ability to manage, lead and develop others; pro-actively engage in community organizations and events; communicate effectively with internal and external partners; and analyze financials in order to determine actions necessary to maximize the effectiveness and profitability of the location.
