One the world’s largest funeral home and cemetery organizations is in search of Pre-Need Funeral Sales professionals and a sales manager for Northern North Carolina and for Central Virginia. NOTE: Both states require that Pre-need Sales professionals are to be licensed funeral directors!

POSITION: Sales Manager (Virginia only) – Sales manager
candidates must be licensed funeral directors in the state of
Virginia or have the ability to reciprocate their current state
licenses to Virginia. You must have a proven track record of
management or sales management that includes hiring, training and guiding a staff that has achieved a high level of success. Attention to detail, self motivation, goal setting, excellent people skills and a successful sales background are all important components if you are to be considered, as well. You will be required to build and manage a sales staff that works with 5 locations, in two cities. PAY/ BENEFITS: A base salary of $65-75K will be provided along with a nice benefits package and additional perks. You will have the ability to earn substantial bonuses based on achieving sales goals for this territory. Potential income can be well into six figures. Relocation assistance is possible.

POSITION: Sales Supervisor (North Carolina only) – Sales
supervisor candidates must be licensed funeral directors in the state of North Carolina or have the ability to reciprocate their current state licenses to North Carolina. This position
requires the supervisor to actually sell themselves, have a
sales quota, but have the ability to hire, train and earn
bonuses from other sales professionals. You must be able to
multi task in order to achieve success in this position.
Organizational skills, proven success in past sales positions
and a willingness to work hard, are all very important
ingredients of a successful sales supervisor. The sales
supervisor can be promoted to sales manager if a high level of success is achieved as a supervisor. PAY/BENEFITS: A base salary of $30K will be provided along with a bonus plan that can lead to and additional $30-40K along with a nice benefits plan is available. Supervisor will oversee 3 total locations.

POSITION: Sales Professional (Both Locations) – Sales
candidates must be licensed funeral directors in either NC or VA or have the ability to reciprocate their current state licenses to these states. You must have a desire and the personality that lends itself to pre-need sales and would enjoy the opportunity to earn a nice living in funeral service with having to get up at night.   If you have past or current experience in pre-need sales, you will need to have a successful track record showing your achievements.    PAY/ BENEFITS: A base salary or hourly rate may be available along with sales bonuses will be paid to allow you to earn up to $60-70K or more based on successful sales accomplishments. A nice benefits package will also be available.
